​Courtyard Retreat is a holiday apartment in Southampton, located inside a stunning, newly-renovated building within the city centre. To suit the beautiful exterior of the building, we have designed a fantastic contemporary apartment. 

 

This apartment has one bedroom with a king-sized bed and a separate modern bathroom. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided to guarantee a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the spacious open plan living area features a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen and a dining space for couples or families to sit, eat and socialise together.  

 

The property is professionally cleaned, carefully maintained and kept up to date by professional housekeepers. There is also a Smart TV and fast wifi throughout the apartment, for those days you just want to stay in and relax.

Courtyard Retreat is situated on a quiet road out of the hustle & bustle; however, just a few minutes walking distance from Southampton city centre. This area boasts an array of restaurants, bars and shops, making it the perfect location to immerse yourself in the architecture, culture, music, fashion and nightlife Southampton offers.

 

The apartment is easily accessible as it is located on the first floor of the building.
